Tuesday Zoomsday

So, I'm sure you've all heard the weather and have realized we will not be meeting tomorrow in person for classes. We are making that official with this post.

Teachers, please think as soon as you can about how to make meaningful work out of the day. As we did the last time, each class will either use Zoom or Google Meet (teacher's choice!) to hold class DURING THE NORMALLY APPOINTED TIME. If there are any exceptions to this please let us know right away. Please send whatever link is required for your students to find you via student email, Cc'd to parents. Some students reported a preference for the Google Meet option last time, so if you want to explore that please do sooner rather than later.

Students, please try to show up to virtual class on time, without distracting backgrounds, dressed appropriately and ready to go. Feel free to review the snow day policy using this link:

ATTENDANCE IS EXPECTED AND WILL, LIKE ALL YOUR CLASSES, AFFECT YOUR CLASS PARTICIPATION GRADE.

As of now, we have high hopes to meet on Friday even though another storm is expected. It looks like it will come more toward the evening with warmer temperatures overall so that roads will be more wet than anything. We will leave it to your discretion while we are in Blackstone as to whether certain families need to leave early.

PLEASE PRACTICE YOUR LINES IN ANTICIPATION OF YOUR NEXT DEADLINE on Friday for 'A Midsummer Night's Dream.'

Finally, please leave a comment below to let us know your family "Got it."

I have received and absorbed the information.

I’ll send out Zoom links for the two classes.
